🧭 Context
Ecomaison bins allow retailers to collect used products from the Furniture industry.
Their management must comply with precise rules to ensure sorting quality, logistical continuity, and regulatory compliance.
📌 Objective
Provide instructions to efficiently organize pickups and ensure proper on-site bin management.
🧩 Managing pickup requests
Requests must be made on day D before 3 p.m. from Monday to Friday for possible collection as early as D+1 from Monday to Saturday, with the choice of a half-day.
Example: For a pickup on Monday, submit the request before Friday noon.

Option to specify an indicative time slot during the request.
The collector must respect the half-day, but is not required to collect within the specific time slot requested.
For the day following holidays, requests must be made on the previous working day before 3 p.m..
Specific delay: 5 working days for the pickup of 2 pallet boxes if collected by an operator.
Cancellation/modification requests can be made via the Extranet (minimum half-day prior).
📚 Golden rules for managing bins
Capture all furniture flow
Ensure strict adherence to sorting instructions provided by Ecomaison.
Only deposit accepted products.
Optimize filling
Trigger the pickup request based on the fill level.
Plan the request the day before for a collection on D+1 in the half-day.
Limit overly distant anticipations.
Cancel or modify the request via the Extranet if necessary.
Facilitate sorting and recycling
If possible, dismantle furniture so that items do not protrude from the bin.
Encourage telephone exchanges between operators and retailers to manage contingencies.
Ensure proper follow-up
Inspect the condition of the bin at drop-off (cleanliness, physical state).
Report any malfunctions in the Extranet.
Grant access to the Extranet to multiple people to streamline management.
Always sign transport forms.
⚠ Points of vigilance
Plan ahead for holidays and weekends to avoid any blockage.
Any non-compliant bins (refused waste, overflow) ❌ may be denied collection.
Hazardous waste (asbestos, solvents, paints, etc.) ❌ must never be deposited.
