Protocol: The audit protocol is attached to the service contract signed with Ecomaison.
Selection Criteria: Audited companies are selected based on specific criteria.

Responsibility: Audit management is entirely handled by Ecomaison, which commissions an independent third party.
Feedback: Feedback after audits is rare. Contacts involve corrective declarations to be carried out following errors detected during the audit.

🔍 To what extent can controls on eco-participation declarations be carried out by Ecomaison?

In accordance with article 6.7 of the Ecomaison service contract, we can perform random consistency checks on past declarations of our members each quarter. If you have doubts about your coding or concerning the range of products to be declared, send us all your information and we will assist you in the verification and regularization process.
